Introduction

 

a) These terms and conditions govern the use of the Hecate's Shop website located at https://www.hecates.shop/ (the "Website").

b) By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use the Website.

Online Store

a) The Website is an online store that sells goods and services ("Products").

b) The Products are subject to availability and Hecate's Shop reserves the right to amend, add or remove Products from the Website at any time without prior notice.

c) All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of shipping costs.

d) Hecate's Shop reserves the right to change the prices of the Products without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment

a) Orders can be placed on the Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

b) Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order, but is to confirm that Hecate's Shop has received the order.

c) Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Hecate's Shop accepts payment via credit card, debit card, Apple pay or PayPal.

d) If payment is not received, the order will not be processed.

Delivery

a) Hecate's Shop will deliver the Products to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering.

b) Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the Products. Hecate's Shop will make every effort to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery time, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond its control.

c) Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is made.

 

Returns and Refunds

a) Hecate's Shop offers a 14-day returns policy. If the customer is not satisfied with the Product, they may return it to Hecate's Shop for a refund or exchange.

b) The customer must notify Hecate's Shop of their intention to return the Product within 14 days of receipt. The Product must then be returned to Hecate's Shop within 14 days of the notification.

c) The Product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

d) The cost of returning the Product is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty Products or Products that do not conform to the order.

e) Refunds will be made within 14 days of Hecate's Shop receiving the returned Product.

Liability

a) Hecate's Shop does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

b) Hecate's Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or the Products, including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of data, and loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Hecate's Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c) Hecate's Shop's liability in connection with any Product purchased through the Website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.

d) Hecate's Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, and power or internet failures.

Intellectual Property

a) The content of the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hecate's Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

b) The customer may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Website without Hecate's Shop's prior written consent.

c) The customer may not use any meta tags or any other hidden text using Hecate's Shop's name or trademarks without Hecate's Shop's prior written consent.

Governing Law

a) These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
