  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Unfortunately, not yet. We will be making efforts towards this when we can!
  • My shirt/poster didn't get delivered with my other items
    We are no fast fashion brand. Our shirts and posters are print-on-demand to cut down on the effects fashion, prints and clothing can have on the environment, therefore, when an order goes through, it gets sent to our partner Printful to print and send to you! All our shirts and posters are trialed before they get sent out to ensure they are up to our standards. Because they are print-on-demand, they may take a little longer to get to you; but they're worth the wait! Orders are usually made and sent within the week.
  • How is shipping calculated?
    The price is calculated using the weight of the products and totalled at the end to give you your shipping rate.
  • My items are broken/faulty
    We take great care to package everything as safely and securely as possible, however, there is always a chance of breakage and we are so sorry to hear this! Please contact us straight away and add any pictures as an attachment to the email.
  • When will my order come?
    Once you have received a dispatched email, you should receive your items within 2 - 4 working days!
  • My order isn't here, what do I do?
    Please contact us! It is likely your order has been delayed by the courier and that's never fun. Let us know if this happens and we will chase it.
  • I haven't received a confirmation email
    Apologies for this! This is likely due to an incorrect email. Please let us know via email and we will send one over to you!
  • Can I exchange a product?
    Of course, just send the item back to us and we will credit you with a coupon to exchange!
  • Why is my T-Shirt order not with my other items?

  • What is your return policy?
    Any damaged or incorrect items will be fully refunded once sent back to us. For any other reason, you have 14 days after purchasing the item to claim for a refund should you need to. To do so, please email us and add any informative images.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We do! You can choose from £25, £50, £100, £150, £200. All gift cards are valid for 2 years after purchase and will be sent via email - however, these can be redeemed at one our the markets we frequent! You can order a gift card here: https://www.hecates.shop/gift-card You have the option to send the gift card automatically to your recipient and even schedule it for their a specific date.
  • When will you restock your products?
    This is product dependant but if you are signed up to our mailing list you will receive an email notification of when we have items back in stock! If you have not yet signed up, you can do so at the bottom of the page (you will also receive exclusive deals and be the first to know when new stock has dropped).
  • Can I purchase products in person?
    We don't have a brick and mortar shop yet, but we would love to see you at one of the markets we frequent! We suggest you sign up to our mailing list where you will be alerted of the markets we attend along with any relevant information (and maybe even a cheeky coupon) and we'll see you there!
  • Where do you source your products?
    Many of our decor and jewellery items are made by us in house but we do source items from all over the world! Many of our Halloween items are imported from the US. We also stock locally made and UK based items.
